Duality, Irony, and Today
Reminds me of the Beatles, anyway,
One of the most stern warnings in post WWII about " duality " occurs
in the following book:
by
I think of it really as the warning label on computer technology.
In my humble opinion reading that book while listening to
Tel star by the Ventures you might miss something ...
And so we have a culture which has been focused on
stark concepts of duality, which is addressed to a certain extent
in the above book.
There is another important book I believe on this subject
by David Bohm, which also discusses these ideas in various ways.
The issue of course is how real, is the reality we construct based
on a high degree of dualism, meaning how starkly we draw
a distinction between " right and wrong ", " good and bad ",
" real and un-real " or more simply " 0/1 " ....
Mathematically you can state the 0 and 1 represent a
translation >>>>> or transformation ...
That's all ....
